what to expect at worship
Don’t let the stained glass fool you—worship at Central Presbyterian is a come-as-you-are, casual affair. Everyone here is a on a first-name basis. You will be as well!
At worship, we’re reminded of the good news that, through the grace of Jesus Christ, God is with us and for us. That good news comes to us in the form of prayers, hymns, the Bible passage, the sermon, and (once a month), the Lord’s Supper.
After worship, most everyone sticks around to enjoy a cup of coffee and to catch up.

Holy Communion is celebrated the first Sunday of each month.
Special events are held throughout the year, such as worship services for Ash Wednesday, Good Friday, and Christmas Eve and a community Christmas concert.

After worship we gather in the Fellowship Hall for hot coffee and warm conversation.
